Internet Order LLC I received a letter from the Internet Order LLC bill for $236.00 and a balance due $96.00. I cancelled this account by phone in 2012. I should had never received this letter Philadelphia Pennsylvania

I received a letter from the Internet Order LLC requesting for a payment.  I called customer service to cancel these CDs in 2012 and I returned the CDs back them as per instructions.  I thought it was settled.  I received this letter dated  April 1, 2013 requesting for a payment for x amount of money.  No way Im sending that kind of money.  I was instructed to return the CDs to them and I did.  Why am I getting a bill from them.  Lack of communication from customer service.  The company was www.pimsleurapproach.com/coursebooklets.
