These guys are thieves!

I received notice that I owe $384 for Spanish CDs that I never ordered nor received. When I called to clear the invoice from my name, the customer service agent told me that I should take it up with my bank (even after it was clear that nothing has been charged to my bank account) and that the burden of proof was on me to show that I didn't order anything. What can you even say to that? Insane! Why hasn't a class action lawsit been filed?

Pimsleur Approach/Stroll Paid $10 for a language CD, The CD box came with a letter telling me that I will recieve 4 more CD's at $64 each. I called them immediately to cancel, but they send it anyway. I sent back the CD, but they billed my credit card for $64. Their Customer Service has lied to me everytime I tried to stop this fraud. Pimsleur Approach Language while responding to a survey report I was awarded a language tape for free and just pay shipping. Then later I was sent more tapes that I did not request and billed for hundres of dollars.
