Ivory White Ivory White said they have a free trial of tooth whitener and charged my debit card 78.41. Boulder Colorado

I was going to sign up for a free t-shirt and you had to make a couple of choices of other products. I choose a free trial of Ivory Whitener for a total of 4.87 postage.

My account was charged that amount and I decived two identical boxes. I used one of the boxes and didn't like it. Then I recieved my bank statement and I had been charger 78.41.

I called the number and was told that I could cancel my account. But the representive was very hatefull about it. He finally told me I could send back the box that was the complete program at my expense and they might refund my bank. Then he talked about a charge of 19.00.

I went into their website to cancel my account. I have recieved confimation and am now shipping the box back at my expense. I won't know if they refund all of my money or not.

I was lucky that I hadn't opened the complete program box or I wouldn't be getting anything back.
