On April 2nd during a site survey, I entered my contact number on a small ad for a free trial on Ivory White teeth whitening. Note: This was a tiny ad and not the their main homepage. On the same day I got a call offering the free trial for only $1.03, no mention of other charges nor was I directed to their homepage for product policies. To my surprise I was charged an extra $3.87 and 14 days later charged $78.41. I rang them back twice today (April 17th). They refused to refund despite my claims and that I couldnt return the unused product which was still in good, marketable condition. Over the phone they also claimed that the free trial pack was a single syringe of whitening gel good for a 10 day period. and the two syringe pack was the complete program good for one month. This is a complete scam coz the exact 2 syringe pack is also offered by Extreme BriteWhite for only $7.83 which I happened to have tried and each syringe is only good for 3 applications.

So if you're considering any teeth whitening, try Exxxxx  Bxxxx Wxxxx 's  (((REDACTED))) for only $7.83 and NOT IvoryWhite's $78.41 for the exact same product i.e. with the following contents: 2 Professional Tooth Whitening Gel Syringes, 2 Thermo-Fitting Professional Whitening Trays (for me it hurts my gum a little coz it's not a custom fit) and a tooth shade guide. IvoryWhite is a total scam and ripoff company.
