I called Dell, for assistance with a computer crash. They in turn put me in touch with their "software" people. IYOGI.COM. The tech who spoke with a foreign accent insisted we do a complete reinstall of Windows, instead of opting to "repair" and restore to a previous date.

I lost everything proprietory!

The tech knew he messed up and did give me a refund without my asking; however, left me in quite a mess, and unable to restore or fix my computer!!

Beware of foreign techs on the phone who read from an outline and are not well versed in computer technology, and are only paid to get people off the phone and get on to the next customer!
