I searched for WebRoot customer support and wound up contacting Iyogi, which I had not heard of..

This company is a scam.

They failed to remove threats identified by my Webroot Secure anywhere program. I wanted to know why my Mavericks Cache Cleaner program was a threat. I have notified Northern Softworks that this is happening. They asked for $150.00 for Mactuneup which can be bought for $29.95 on the web. They showed me a Better Business Bureau report of A+ This too is false! They claim to have a million satisfied customers.

My advice: have nothing to do with Iyogi.
