Another victim. I canceled about 2 weeks after I signed the contract. My "Tax Consultant" (used car salesman) "made up" a story to get me to sign. Big surprise. Too bad I didn't find Rip Off Report before and cancel my appointment.

The "PRO" group has "considered" my case. They sent me a Release and letter saying that I'll get back 75% of my payment once I signed their ridiculous release. Yeah, right. I've seen threads here about taking them (and their "Tax Consultant") to small claims court and winning. How has anyone actually collected from a slimy, bogus company in South Carolina? I'd love to know.

I'm also wondering if anyone knows if there are any Identity Theft problems with J K Harris. Ex employees might know. Harris has our Social Security Numbers, names, signatures, addresses, bank account and credit card numbers. I'm guessing our paperwork is not locked up in fireproof file cabinets.

How are these low lives still in business?
