I called the company. They referred me to their employee Chris Givins in Dallas, TX. I drove 1 hour to see him and be assured they would prepare my taxes. One month later I received prepared returns.....they were totally wrong and incomplete. He took $2,700.00 and did nothing. I called JK Harris Corporate. Oh, he no longer works for us. We'll prepare pro bono. Signed contract. 5 months later, 5 different returns sent to me to sign all incomplete or incorrect (missing expenses and income), 5+ people working and calling me about the same items.....then told they were closing file because they had not been paid one penny from me. I advised I paid their "representative" they sent me to.....Did not matter. They need to be sued AGAIN for false advertisement and fraud. Case was closed when I contacted John Harris by E Mail. Closed within 24 hours.
