Jewelry Vault ripoff slight of hand pricing, refunds practically non-existent, on air humilation Los Angeles California

This firm needs to take time out of selling jewelry and concentrate on doing bookwork. Getting a refund from them is like pulling teeth. All you get is the run around. They use the program to make jokes at your expense. They change the price of items from one show to the next or even on the same show, you can only hope you waited and didn't purchase at the high price.

But last night was the last straw. I won an item on the jewelry auction and was told I couldn't purchase it because I had returned items in the past. I was informed that I could no longer shop with their company. Now isn't that a way to run a company. Please beware before you purchase from this company. Footnote to this is ,the jewelry is really nice, it's just that the company doesn't have a clue about how to treat customers
