Purchased a ring for 455.00 on 8/30. Policy is 14 day no questions asked, refund guarantee if unworn. Have receipt of ring received on 9/12. Count 12 days! They circle the date and send the ring back to me and I received back on 10/3.

I called numerous times got the run around or no answer at all. Faxed Chad with no response. Finally got through via cell phone once b/c the caller id showed a different number, I guess, Chad who is the only one who can give refunds and by the way, he will tell you everything you want to hear if you ever get to speak with him but it is nothing but lies on top of lies.

I have now returned the ring to them and can't get through to them to tell me more lies. I am out the 455.00 plus 26.00 in shipping & insurance and still no refund and they have the ring which by the way was advertised as Triple AAA quality emerald, which was a crock. The emerald was extremely dark to the point of being black green and didn't even look like an emerald and it the stone was not even clear as described, it had a charcoal effect to it. I do not believe the sent the ring even shown on TV because it looked like a quality emerald on TV. This is certainly not jewelery terminology as I am not in that field but was the reason for return.

They sell on Dish Network in which I encourage you to get with Dish and have them taken off the air if they cannot do as they say they will.

RIPOFF, RIPOFF, RIPOFF!! NO REFUNDS AND NO SATISFACTION. BUYER BEWARE. You get better jewelry anywhere else and they will refund if you do not wear and do not like, service with a smile!
