I was routed to k&b transportation terminal south sioux city,ne. for my hometime and to get truck repaired. i went into k&b transportation shop wrote down what rpairs needed to be done hung the truck keys on key rack where they belong. i then got in my girlfriends car and went home for the weeken. after sitting at home i decided k&b transportation wasnt a company that i wanted to work for so i never returnd to work so now k&b transportation put on my DAC that i abandon their truck. how can they do that when their truck was at the terminal where i picked up and took back to same terminal? how can they be STOPED from LIE'n on drivers DAC reports and ruining GOOD drivers life's??? we need to settle this situation TOGETHER!!! They refuse to talk on phone with me and resovle their lies bout me!!!

It appears that you left the truck with them at their company owned facility and went home. So what if you decided to quit with their BS...you didn't abandon your truck. However, they do lie a lot and report false information on DAC's. You might look into suing them for libel. Just a thought. They need to be sued thousands of times over, believe me.
