Have you been screwed by K & B Transportation?  How would you like to GET EVEN ???

Background:  I was fired and it took four months but I finally won my unemployment case, after 3 hearings.  K & B was so upset, they're currently trying to sue me to recoup their lawyer fees.  LOL.  I'm judgment proof.  But if they want to spend MORE money trying to collect the money they already spent, who am I to stop them??? :>)

NOW THE BEST PART

As soon as they're done spending money trying to sue me, it will be time to actually sue them for millions.  Yes, that's right, MILLIONS.

Why be pissed out when you can get even!  I need your story.  What did they do to you, specifically.  Do you still have your driver pad?  Can you name places and dates of things that happened?

For example: I know that they had me drive into WalMart at Tomah, WI off-duty and make the complete delivery off duty and then asked me to drive off-duty to the truck stop after delivery.

If I'm the only one who can testify to that, then it's an isolated incident.  But if two other people were asked to do the same thing, then it's A PATTERN, which proves intent and deliberatenes.

FACT: I've tested the waters and the DOT in Lincoln, NE is in K & B's pocket.  However, if a bunch of us can name dates and places, then they will be FORCED to investigate.

Meanwhile, the more incidents we can compile, the more defenses they have to offer in defense.  And keep in mind - K & B is comprised of people.

Did a dispatcher disrespect you?  possibly jeopardize your safety?  I'm betting if we take his house and car, THAT will get his attention.  What do you think?

All of those night a-holes - do you have their names?  Eric won my respect, I'll attack anybody but him.  Point is, get your records, bank statements, whatever, so you can dig up DATES, PLACES and SAFETY VIOLATIONS.

If you've worked for K & B and still have some paperwork, that should be pretty easy.

I'm a former K & B driver and I'm ready to drive a stake right up K & B's a** until it comes out of their mouth.  How about YOU?
