K & B Transportation Matt and Josh Lied on my DAC report! S. Sioux City, Nebraska

I started driving for K and B Transportion about 6 months ago,everything seemed fine until I asked to pass thru Dallas,Tx to get a copy of my birth certificate to get my marriage liscense.My driver manager Josh was given me so much slack,I got a load to Ft Worth,Tx bumped the dock ask the guy where's the restroom and thats when it started,I started to get phone calls out the wahoo and this guy on the phone screaming at me as if I've done him something bad,I told him all I wanted to do was get my birth certificate and that was that,ws were going back and forth til I said dude your acting like you are my female and I don't need that right now,he said I need to tell him when I go to the restroom and it don't take that long to do what I was doing in there,my personal business no matter how long it takes, I told him I'm grown and I can't work under those conditions he instructed me to take the truck to their truck yard in Ft Worth,Tx I did gave the lady the key and that was that.K and B lied on my DAC saying I abandoned the truck,was always late on loads,violating company policy,I tried apllying for a better job but the lies on my DAC is stopping me from progressing,WHAT AM I TO DO?
