I thought I was getting a great deal with Keragro's $4.97 bottle of pills that help hair and nails strengthen and grow. But then I realized they weren't charging you just $4.97.. Two weeks after I paid that, they charged my card $87.47 without notifying me, sending me a receipt, or letting me know these charges would come. I only noticed because I was checking my bank statement online. I called their customer service phone number, and both the employee and the supervisor were extremely rude to me! I was shocked at the way they could treat people! I also found out that they will continue charging your card the $87.47 every month, whether the product works or not, unless you cancel, it doesn't do anything to just complain about the charges...you have to say "I cancel" for them to stop charging your card.

You can't get any money back-if they have taken it, your not getting it back, I tried. They advertise that the reason the bottle is so cheap, $4.97, is because it is a new product and they would like to try it out and get feedback on how it affects women's hair and so forth. I thought, sure, for under $5 I will be a guinea pig! Yet they didn't once ask me about my experience, whether through email or over the phone, and instead charged my card. It is a total scam. I have been taking my pills because they cost me a little over $90 after all was said and done, and nothing has happened. My hair hasn't changed and my nails are still just as weak. If I were going to spend $90 on something, I would have liked to spend it on something that at least worked!
