Drive thru order, drove home about 30 minutes from KFC.  Discovered three items missing.  Reported it online to the KFC, week later, KFC sends apology letter and a voucher for the value of the items missing, nothing more for the inconvenience, the aggravation, and the time spent making the complaint.   To me, that is not acceptable, as one of my family members didn't eat KFC that night because the food items weren't there in the bags.  I feel that if KFC sent a voucher for three times the value of the itmes missing it would of been fair.

 You may not realize this but some times people make mistakes. But your inconvenience is apparently worth 3 times what was forgotten. Come on that is just stupid you admit yourself the company made it right by taking your word for it and giving you free stuff, nope not good enough gotta smear their name up and cry to get more because their mistake wronged me so much. So like let's say you sell a laptop on ebay and when you send it it gets lost in the mail.oops that sucks, customer complains to you and you refund their money. But it's not over because the customer feels wronged so they post about you on the internet and demand 3 laptops which they are now owed for going through the trouble of complaining. Sound crazy? Because that's what your doing.
