This location is a total joke. The "Body of Change people don't have a clue as how to train people. Also, they walk around talking on their cellphones while they are supposed to be "training" people. I have seen people hurt themselves because of this.

Their class instructors don't have a clue as to what they are doing either. NONE of them know how to count timeing to the music they are playing. Not to mention for some unknown reason, they all think you can do a step class to "Rap". Also, their "weekend" staff are power crazed people. Give a person who makes $8.00 an hour and a title, and watch them become Hitler.

We have sent in our 60 day cancellation notice. I am waiting for them to try to bill me after the 60 days. If they do, I will file a "theft by deception" lawsuit on them so fast, they will give me my own gym. Good luck to anyone joining this club.

24 hour fitness santa clarita ca district manager scott and the operation manager donna have been given complaints on putting out a sign about rules from nov.2017 march 2018 and as of today still not getting back to me. other clubs have a rule signs. these people don't care about any thing except get your money every month. LA Fitness The General Manager refused to let me take a break. The Operations Manager tried to cover it up by asking me to quit. When i called the HR Department they told me i was not entitled to a break on a 6 hour shift!! they withheld my paycheck and still have not paid me for three days of work. When I called them again, they denied that i ever called them! then it hit me- the hr department is a call center designed to dismiss employee complaints. Washington State Law requires a 10 min break if you work more than 5 hours. I worked 6 hours! I can't believe an entire HR Department would lie and break the law like this! Tukwila Washington
