LA Fitness Locker Broken into and Wallet Stolen Irvine California

Respected Sir/Madam,

Thank you very much for looking at my request.

Please see that on 4-Mar-2014 at around 7PM I went to the following LA Fitness 

Piscataway
200 New World Way
South Plainfield, NJ 07080

I placed my backpack with wallet and few other items in locker #60 and locked it using a number lock (I have been doing this for the past few months). I went to play RacquetBall and when I returned at 9:15PM I found my locker without the lock on it. I opened it and found my backpack missing.

I went to the front desk and inquired about what has happened and they pointed me to a Police officer. I went to him and he said I'm the 6th person reporting this. I reported the items that were missing and then he left telling me about the formalities of his office.

I went home and cancelled all the credit cards and prepared for the documents needed for drivers license renewal and other essential cards.

Next day I thought I will go to LA Fitness and search for the trash cans to see if they had thrown anything there. I found my backpack in a different locker with all the stuffs except the wallet was still missing.

Contents of the wallet:

Cash: $200
NJ Transit Pass: Worth $284
Credit Cards: All cancelled
Debit Cards: All cancelled
Office Id, Insurance Card, etc

Please let me know if LA Fitness can do something about my loss and it would be great if LA Fitness can help me in this tough situation.
