LeJeune I wanted return item. Was told of a $10.00 restocking fee they would no refund my money. Los Angeles California

AfterAfter ordering the product,  I read some of the reviews.  When I saw that it had all bad reviews, I decided I didn't even want the product. So I called and told them I wanted to return it. The girl who answered the phone, her name was Sabrina, said that I could not return it.  The ad said $4.95 with no shipping for this trial offer. And after a slight discussion she told me there would be a $10 restocking fee. Or my credit card will be billed. I told her that the ad said free shipping.she then told me she would give me a break, and I could get the product for $9.95.

When I then said, will the $4.95 that I already paid be applied for that $9.95, she said no. I told her to cancel my order. And I am being billed 9.95 for the product and $4.95 for the shipping.

there was nothing in the box with the product but a small advertisement for it. There is no web address anywhere to be found.

I did order this online on my phone. I cannot find it now though.
