Liberty Tax service Misleading and misrepresentation of fees and service Wendell, North Carolina

taxes were performed on 01/21/2011 at the Wendell office.  I was told by Jennifer that my taxes would return on the 4th of Feb.  However I return a call to Jennifer to inquire about my taxes on 01/27/2011 and she inform me that there would be a delay.  She told me that I could continue to call to inquire about the status of my refund.  I continued to call on 02/04; 02/8; 02/11; and 02/12. On 02/12, I spoke with Jennifer to inquire about my state taxes.  She stated that they did not receive anything from the state and that I would have to consult with the NC state Revenue Dept.  I called first thing Monday morning and spoke with agent Ms. Foster #1016. Ms. Foster stated that my taxes were deposited into Liberty Tax service account on 02/02/2011.  I went to the office in the evening at approximately 03:30p on 02/14/2011.  I was told by Jennifer assistant that my state funds were deposited into the banks account of $364.06.  She stated that the bank had taken the funds to cover the cost of their services.  However, she continue to print a form for me to view of the pricing of their services, which states a total cost of $378.00, but I had a discount of $50.00 that the form clearly states that the total is $328.00.  I asked the assistant if the total fees are $328.00, then where is my remaining balance? She stated that the bank had added an additional $50.00 fee to the $328.00 total cost.  This is misleading because I had signed the contract stating my total cost would be $328 total and why did Jennifer not inform me the bank had withheld my monies from the state?  Instead she informs me to call the NC State Revenue Dept to inquire about my funds.  It also states in my contract that my service fees would be subtracted from my federal taxes not state. The assistant also stated that the bank would take out an additional $14 from my federal taxes. How is this so, when I am still due a refund of $36.06.  The office advertised that you can get $50 cash after filing or $50 deducted from your filing fees. I chose the latter, but they are still trying to charge me those additional fees and did not live up to their contract of service fees deducted from federal taxes.  Instead the office withheld my entire state taxes, when there contract simply says in plain writing that taxes will be withheld from federal refunds. She never once verbally mention that they also would take out their service fees from my state refund and I have witnesses who were there with me when the service was rendered.
