I took my taxes to Liberty to get them done, finding they had skipped offices from the year previously. This time I was served and had my taxes done by some clueless clot that wanted to argue what constituted a business expense and who told me my business advertising expenses were not related to my business.

Anyway, he finished the taxes and I was unhappy. I returned when the boss lady was around to get them fixed. She "fixed" them and it was all filed.

Fast forward a couple of months and I get a demand from the IRS for more money. I'd paid my taxes in full according to the statement they gave me at the time. 

I turn up at their office and... The sign says they're now only open on Mondays. That's utterly useless when I need my taxes sorted out on a wednesday. Now I have to take a day out of my schedule. drive 30 miles to the real tax office and see the real tax professionals instead of the Liberty Tax cowboys.
