Listia.com Did not receive credits for completed offers, no response to report tickets! Tampa, Florida

I had only been a member of Listia.com for 2 or three weeks.  Something told me from the beginning that something wasn't right but of course, I didn't listen to my hunch.  It only took me completing three offers from sites outside Listia for free credits upon completion of offer according to terms listed.

I only received credits from the very first offer.  I guess that was all they needed to steal my personal information, because I haven't, and will never receive my credits from the other two offers I completed.  Upon completion of the first offer, I immediately received the credits I was due.

However, upon completion of offers two and three, I not only didn't receive my credits immediately in my Listia account, I still haven't gotten them.  That's when my wheels started turning.  I did my research and discovered that Listia.com is out of business and has a "Scam Alert" on the BBB website.

I submitted a support ticket approximately two days after joining Listia.  It was not a complaint or anything like that.  It was a general question that I had found kind of odd that the topic wasn't covered in the site's FAQ's, support or rules sections. 

To really show my stupidity, I continued to attempt to use Listia.com even after I had Googled the topic/topics I had questions about only to find that there were only, at max, three to five links total on these general topics.  Still I continued.

And here I am.  Panicked at 3:30 a.m., with work in the morning and petrified about what I have done to my identity in a last-resort attempt to get my children something nice for Christmas.  Not only is my identity as good as gone, although it is worth nothing, but I am back to square one with Christmas!

The icing on the cake was when I attempted to submit a support ticket to the "credit offers" support link, only to be required to provide the confirmation e-mail from the company confirming my completion of the offer.  I then realized that I had been flashed for about 5 seconds a page confirming my Listia credits would be credited to my account. 

Although I was far from surprised, I was more than terrified!  I submitted my personal information to those sites that showed verification of their authenticity.  Or so I thought!

That's all for now.  I have to figure out what to do about all this mess I've gotten myself into in an attempt to provide Christmas for my children!  I'm disgusted and hurt at the same time.
