Listia.com Scam Alert! Hypocrites will say one thing & do another moutain view Internet

Recently dispute was filed against me two weeks after the buyer received a $1.00 plush doll who played with it for a week, ripped the head off and wants his credits back.  modKevin didn't bother reading a word that was in the dispute and made decision for buyer to send me a toy that the buyer broke more than two weeks after he received it.  I was full compensation including the shipping costs that was spent to fulfill my part of the deal which all documentation can be provided that was confirmed delivered 2 weeks before the dispute. 

Buyer also harrased me outside of Listia and when contacted customer service they failed to respond, instead ignored and deemed all help tickets solved which was far from it.  I have also filed a formal complain with the better business bureau until this matter is addressed by upper management and solves this matter.  The dispute has been dragging for more than 1 month with no decision, no response from the buyer, and no customer service.
