This solicitation asks you to send $89 in order to receive a copy of the  only document that identifies you as the property owner of your home. This is a  totally unnecessary service. First of all, chances are that your attorney  provided you with a copy of the deed showing your home transferred into your  trust.

Second, if you didnt get a copy from your attorney, you can obtain one  from your title company or go directly to the county recorder and get a copy.Any time you get an official-looking letter that asks you for money, please  read it carefully and dont respond without getting some advice.
