I received a letter from this company that looked official from Local Records Office. They offer a copy of "the only document that identifies me as property owner" for $89.00. It has my county name listed as though it is from them.
It is made to look official from the county where I live, but it is not. The information provided on this about my recent home loan is incorrect. That gave it away. This is a Dishonest scam hoping I will pay them. I don't believe they will send anything. Besides, these are public records. This is meant to deceive people who may not know the facts about their records or understand this is not an official letter. They are preying on ignorant people. I'm disgusted and they need to stop this.
