Local Records Office Fee for request of deed Phoenix, Arizona

I got a letter today from these people and it looks and reads like a bill for servces.  It has information about a property I recently put a lein on and is asking for $89.00 for a processing fee to send me a copy of the recorded deed for this property.  The letter itself and the name of the company would lead you to believe it is from a government agency although if you read this disclaimer you can see that this is a private company.  The bottom line is this is just a solicitation for copying services that you most likely don't need.
