After ten months and some 30000 dollars out of my pocket cressco capitol repoed my truck today. Mr hoverstall I'm not making any threats to your company, but I do promise you and the staff at cressco we will be seeing one another in the near future. I have contacted attorneys on this matter and we have full intentions on filing a law suit against your company. The reason I'm putting this on ripoff is to let others that have lost their trucks after back to you for the same reason are invited to join me in the suit. I think it's time someone stood up to your false claims .

I HAVE RECENTLY SEEN IN A TRUCK STOP A LETTER ON THE BULLENTIN BOARD STATING NOT OT BUY FROM LONE MOUNTAIN BECAUSE THEY ARE A RIPP OFF COMPANY THAT IS WHY THEY HAVE HAD 5 BBB COMPLAINTS THIS YEAR ALONE AND NUMEROUS RIPP OFF REPORT COMPLAINTS JOE THINGS EVERYONE ONE IS STUPID WHEN THEY GET RIPP OFF WITH THESE JUNK BOX TRUCKS AND LOW DOWN STROKE TO SUCKER YOU IN A JUNK BOX TRUCK.

LONE MOUNTAIN AND JOE HOOVESTOL IS A RIPP OFF STAY CLEAR OF THEM THEY WILL ONLY TAKE YOUR DOWN PAYMENT AND PAYMENTS AND THEN RUIN YOUR CREDIT FOR 7 YEARS STAY CLEAR STAY CLEAR RIPP OFF RIPP OFF RIPP OFF RIPP OFF RIPP OFF.

                                                                                                             i've been in trucking fro 32 years and i have bought used trucks from several other dealers , but this is the worst experiance ive ever had with a truck . i have not made a complete round with this truck in the passed 2 months without it breaking down, and im not talking minor repairs, all i want is for lone mountain to make things right . uot of all the people you have sold trucks to , i understand that repairs are nessceary. but having to spend 3000 to 4000 a week is not a normal maintainance.

It looks like your truck passed a DOT inspection as well as a Dyno at an out of state shop when you purchased the truck. I realize a radiator and a clutch aren't cheap repairs, but they also aren't very uncommon repairs to make on a seven year old truck. 

If a truck is in a major accident the fleet is required get get a salvage title for the truck. When we purchase groups of trucks from fleets we require that none of them have been in a major accident. If you would like to send me the carfax report I would be happy to review it.
