FIRST OF ALL THERE ADS ARE VERY DECEPTIVE AS WHEN YOU GO TO BUY A TRUCK THEY PROMISE YOU THE WORLD. I HAVE A TRUCK 8 MONTHS NOW THEY RECEIVED A INSURANCE CANCELLATION AND I WAS CALLED BY A CRAZY CRAZY NUT AT CRESCO CAPITAL. THIS b***h WAS SO RUDE THAT I THOUGHT SHE WAS COMING THRU THE PHONE TO RIPP MY HEART OUT AND EAT IT FOR LUNCH. I HAVE TALKED TO SEVERAL DRIVERS IN THE TRUCK STOPS AND HAVE HEARD HORROW STORIES OF THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EVEN BAD TRUCK SOLD THERE. I HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT TROUBLE WITH THE TRUCK I PURCHASED EVERY WEEK IT NEEDS SOMETHING NEW. I UNDERSTAND THE TRUCKS ARE USED BUT THEY ARE USED AND ABUSED TRUCKS.
RIPP OFF COMPANY STAY CLEAR, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BAD TRUCK SERVICE

Having to replace batteries, an air dryer and fixing the AC are pretty common, and fairly minor problems that every owner operator has to deal with.
If there were trucks that didn't break I would buy every one of them. But we both know unbreakable trucks don't exist. Getting into a 3 year lease on a truck with 500k miles on it, you are definitely going to have to replace those things at some point along the way. Some trucks might need it after a year, some two years, some after a month and maybe some not at all.
Our program has the highest success rate of any in the trucking industry and we are proud of that.
If someone was disrespectful in dealing with your insurance please give me their name and I will deal with them. You can call or email me.

BECAUSE A INSURANCE CANCELLATION NOTICE GOES OUT IT IS NOT GOSSPEL I HAD 14 DAYS TO PAY OR GET NEW INSURANCE AND I TAKE INSURANCE VERY SERIOUSLY BUT THE CRAP COMPANY THAT YOU SIGNED ME UP WITH THE ONLY THING THEY HAVE GOTTEN RIGHT WAS THE LEINHOLDERS NAME.
AS TO THE TRUCK IT HAS HAD ALL ITS MAINTENACE SINCE IT LEFT YOUR YARD EVERY 12,000 MILES SO THERE IS NO REASON THE A/C DIED, BATTERIES DIED, AIR DRIER DIED FROM A CLOGGED FILTER NEVER REPLACED BY YOU, THE KING PINS NEEDED REPLACEMENT, THE TRANS COMPUTER DIED ON ROAD NO SHIFT, THESE ARE NOT NORMAL PROBLEMS 25,000.00 MILES LATER BUT I FIXED THEM.
ON THE ROAD EVERY ONE SEES YOU PULL IN WITH THE VOLVO WITH THE REFLECTOR ON RIGHT FRONT FENDER AND KNOWS IT WAS PURCHASED FROM LONE MOUNTAIN AND ON THE TRUCKERS FORUM RIPP OFF REPORT STREETS AND TRUCK STOPS THE WORD IS OUT YOU SELL GARBAGE.
AS TO YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE I DON'T THINK YOU WOULD LIKE TO BE TALKED TOO LIKE THAT FROM A CRAZY WOMAN ON A POWER TRIP.
YOU JOE HAVE A GOOD NAME IN THE INDUSTRY BUT YOU NEED TO CLEAN UP LONE MOUNTAIN

First of all, we take insurance very seriously. If you cause an accident and hurt or kill someone we believe that the victims should get some compensation from an insurance company, not be left to pay their own medical bills and/or funeral expenses because someone was irresponsible and was driving a tractor trailer without insurance.
Secondly, we buy large groups of trucks from fleets and have the same trucks that every dealer in the country has. Unlike most dealers, we allow every customer to get third party inspections and Dyno their trucks before they leave.
Like you said, they are used trucks, they are going to have problems. I have bought a run a lot of trucks. After 8 months of running the truck it is probably time for you to to take responsibility for how you have maintained the truck.
If you don't want to pay to fix anything you should get rid of your used truck and buy a new one for $130,000 at your local dealer. My number is below if you would like to speak with me directly on getting rid of your current truck.
