Advertise skin care for 3.00 plus shipping and somewhere they say  that if you do not cancel iin 14  days they charge you 89.95 on your credit card.  I could not find this info and they refused to give my money back .  I called and told them to return my money and cancel any other skin care.  They refused to give me back my money but canceled any further activity but continued to try to give me other deals so I would use their product.  Rip off deluxe and I fell for it but never again.

Luna skincare is a scam

AUTHOR: Carolyn - (United States)

POSTED: Tuesday, November 14, 2017

First off, I'd like to say no, the product does not work. Secondly, the staff at Luna is very unprofessional and rude. I ordered this product and received it after about 4 days. The disclaimer stated that if I call back on or before the 17th, I would not be charged the full amount. When I called to cancel on the 14th, the representatives first tried to get me to sign up for an extension to the trial OR I would've had to pay $9.99 to return the product. BS! Finally after speaking to 2 so called supervisors, they waived the $9.99 fee. I am writing this report today because if I get charged from this company in any kind of way, I will sue. I was told that I would not be charged at all for this product. This company is a scam. Please fully read your disclaimer before signing up for anything like this, please.
