I ordered a trial sample of this product in late September. In October, I returned the sample and cancelled.
I just found out that they have been charging my bank account $89.95. They have charged the account on the following dates:
October, $89.95
October, $89.95
November, $89.95
I have attempted to get this resolved but they are rude and condescending. They claim that they sent me a second order in November, but I did not receive anything from them. They insist that it was mailed to me by USPS.
I want a refund for all three payments that they took from my bank account.
