Mattress Firm in Alpharetta, Georgia. delivered the wrong mattress to me Alpharetta Georgia

   I went into the Mattress Firm on North Point Pkwy. in Alpharetta, GA earlier this week to purchase a king size mattress set. I specifically asked for a Sealy Posturpedic Firm PillowTop.  The salesman immediately told me that they did carry this mattress.  He explained that all the mattress retail chains carry the same mattresses, but they may change the name to that particular line.  He told me that the Sealy Lakehurst was a FIRM PILLOWTOP and I believed him because this is his job.  I paid almost $1200 for the King size mattress set & it was delivered 2 days later.  When they delivered it and put it on my bed, I immediately knew that they had sold me the WRONG mattress set.  I had just laid on the Sealy Firm PillowTop at Rooms To Go, so I knew what I was talking about.  There is clearly a huge difference in the way that a firm and a plush mattress feels.  The mattress that was delivered to me was a PLUSH PILLOWTOP....there's nothing firm about this mattress.  I called the next day to request that they rectify this mistake and exchange this mattress for a firm one and I'm already getting hassled.  The manager that answered phone is insisting that this is indeed a firm mattress.  I guess he thinks I'm crazy because I didn't pay $1200 of my hard-earned money to sleep on something that already hurts my back.  My whole reasoning for buying new mattresses was because I wanted something that was firm.  I'll be going in personally tomorrow to deal with them, and I hope I have better results than I got over the phone.  The mattress set has a 20 year warranty.  I can't imagine how people could make mattress purchases online because even after going into the store, i still got the wrong mattress set. Mattress Firm had better fix this!
