Mavis Tire Damaged my vehicle!! Cobleskill New York

I brought my truck in for new tires.  1200 Dollars later and my truck is worse off then when i brought it.  Ended up having tire rods, front shocks, tires and an oil change.  Now my truck is shuddering and lacking power and have a rattle in the front end..  They now claim that they may have installed a defective shock.  The stuttering i was told wasn't caused by them and they bear no responsibility and it's my problem.  It wasn't doing that prior to me bringing the truck to them.  I've heard horror stories about this location but decided to give them a shot.  poor decision there.  Spoke with the store manager, got nowhere.  Calling corporate.  i would stay far away from this place if you value your vehicle.
