Mercantile Adjustment Bureau Calling my home early in the morning before 9 am, and leaving recorded message, please call Scott Windsor concerning an important matter. I finally got tired of the calls and contacted them this morning Rochester New York

I have been getting recorded messages saying please call the office of Scott Windsor regarding an important message. They call after nine at night and before nine am in morning. I finally called the number they left, and a representative of this company, so called, MERCANTILE ADJUSTMENT BUREAU, I asked what they wanted, the lady on the phone said they needed to talk to blah blah, I informed her no one by that name and to quit calling my number, she hung up on me.

I called back to get more information and to get the name of the company, I told them to not call anymore. The person I spoke with said they could call at 8 am, and they were not doing anything wrong.
