MetroPCS The Great Phone Rebate False Advertising and Refusal to Follow Through on Rebate Submissions. Internet

Well I finally got the remainder of my rebate in, thank god. I refuse to do business with them. I am going back to Boost and staying there.

I received my rebate on 5/21/2010, however it was for the wrong amount. The original rebate was for $40 and they only sent me $20. I have subsequently filed suit against MetroPCS and The Advertising Checking Bureau seeking the other $20 plus punitive damages for false advertising in the amount of $400.
