On January 18, 2017 I was giving a $50 courtesy credit on my account by MetroPCS customer service rep for service issues. I made a payment on January 24, 2017 for the amount of $50. By me so used to always paying my cell phone bill ahead of time I totally forgot about the credit that was given to me. So I called into MetroPCS customer service requesting for the payment that I made to be refunded back onto my debit card. The customer service rep told me that the refund would take up to 7-10 business days had the funds to reflect back onto my debit card. On February 16, 2017 I called my bank to check to see if the funds was refunded back onto my debit card. My bank indicated that the funds was never refunded back onto my account and that I needed to contact MetroPCS customer service. I called MetroPCS customer service and inform them that my bank still have yet to receive this refund that they claim they processed. So on February 21, 2017 I spoke to a MetroPCS supervisor from the "Customer Appreciation Department". I told the supervisor what was going on I even did a three way call to contact my bank so my bank could verify with MetroPCS that the refund never went back onto my debit card. So the MetroPCS supervisor from the "Customer Appreciation Department" said she would escalate this matter about my refund to MetroPCS corporate office so the could send me out a paper check. Since I never heard back from MetroPCS corporate office regarding my refund I contacted the FCC on March 7, 2017. Once the FCC got in touch with MetroPCS corporate office that's when MetroPCS tried to come up with all these lies saying I was calling into MetroPCS customer service from February 2017 - April 2017 asking for unwarranted credits. That's a lie and they know it. I've been calling to follow up in regards to my refund that I never received. Today Wednesday, May 10, 2017 at 8:58am I received a phone call from Mr. Kevin Grant telling me I have until this Friday, May 12, 2017 by 3pm to port-out my phone number to another cell phone carrier because they are terminating my service come Friday. I just paid my cell phone bill for the month of May 2017 back on April 25, 2017. Soon as I got off the phone with Mr. Kevin Grant I called the FCC and told them what Mr. Kevin Grant & MetroPCS is trying to do to me. I definitely have a lawsuit now because MetroPCS have no rights to terminate my service after I already paid them. This is not the first time I had to deal with Mr. Kevin Grant back in 2015 MetroPCS posted my cell phone number on their Facebook page. Once I told them I was going to sue them for posting my cell phone number publicly on Facebook. Mr. Kevin Grant reached out to me telling me he would give me a free phone if I didn't proceed a lawsuit. MetroPCS can't even lie and say I don't pay my cell phone bill on time because I do and plus I have all my receipts of payments that I made from September 2016 - (Now) May 2017.
