MNI CREDIT REPORT ,CREDITREPORT.COM Free Credit Report RIPOFF -- Fraudulent charges INTERNET

I had subscribed to this company's credit monitoring service for $9.95 for about a year and monthly billed as MNI*CREDIT REPORT MON SVC, and had recently cancelled it.

However, upon review for the past couple of months of my Discover card, the company billing itself as MNI*CREDIT REPORT SVC charged me one time charges of $29.95 and $24.95 on the same day in November, and subsequently charges of $11.95 on the 15th of the month since then. I didn't request services from this company other than the monitoring service.

I called the 866 number on my Discover Card statement and was asked if someone else was using my card. I said "no". I asked what was going on, and was told that there was an account not in my name in their system. I demanded to know who the account was under and was told they couldn't tell me. SO I demanded the credit card be pulled from their system and was told that they couldn't do that because I wasn't the account holder (not of the credit card). They told me to call another number on Monday --- I'm sure it was just a way to get me off the phone.

Called Discover, the charges are going into dispute.

These people need to be sued or arrested.
