Motobuys Treated me with horrible disrespect, shipped the wrong part, wrote profanity on the return lable Bell canyon California

I purchased a tire and wheel from Sam Haul and when I got it, it was the wrong rim and reciept.. I called them to get a return lable and Sam Haul was very rude and disrespectful to me.. Hung up on me and stated before he did so: Why should I help someone that is complaining about everything? Meaning the wrong reciept and wrong rim.. I called back and spoke with Gary Kovner owner/supervisor and he didnt seem to care and actually said I was the one being rude to his employees. . WOW!? I eventually recieved a return lable after a lot of effort and it said right before my return address "Just a D*** and than my last name.. Im totally shocked at the unprofessional behavior from the employees in this company! So cold an rude on the phone! Still waiting for a return lable that doesnt have foul language on it!:(
