Mr. Transmission  Houston texas

Took my car to get repaired from a car wreck. The manager met with Farmers insurance agent and went over the repairs that were necessary. Mr. Transmission called me and told me that they could also do the repairs to wheel and tire, exhaust manifold and right front strut. The insurance company paid them $4800. They told me the car was completed and had it towed to the body shop only to discover they did not do the work that they had been paid for. They put in a rebuilt transmission and only replaced front casing. the back and middle was also damaged. They did not replace the manifold or wheel and tire. When I called they refused to discuss and said they did everything they were paid for. I had to pay for it myself to get the car fixed. It took weeks and meanwhile I was paying for a rental car. The accident occurred in December and I am getting the car back tomorrow-4/19/14.
