Mr Transmission Milex/Mr Transmission Liars, dishonest, deceptive, totally unethical and don't know what or how to fix transmissions Spring Texas

My car was dropped off by AAA on November  25, 2014 10 am that morning. My son spoke to Steve the manager and was told they would have a diagnosis on the problem by 2pm. He did call me not my son who was handing  the car for me. He told me I  had to come back in and sign and pay for repairs. I did return around 4 pm to find he wasn't  there waited 45 minutes for him to return. He did come back totally messed up on something.  I paid with my M/C 2385.00 I had to ask for my credit card receipt 3 times before I got it. He was totally unable to communicate logically with. My son called him when I  came home in tears and told him not to touch  the car until he came back the next morning. He spoke to the technician said he felt the tech was knowleve able and felt comfortable with him. However, felt Steve was an idiot.

We were told 48 hours my car would be repaired... I  took Thanksgiving  holiday in to consideration thinking my car would be ready by Tuesday. Steve finally did call that night after 7 pm after leaving numerous  messages.  He wanted  another 656.37 to finish  the job. Said he would send me an email  immediately. Never received the email. Car will be ready tomorrow. 

Now, this is where it all starts.. never got a call. No return calls. My friend and I  get there that afternoon  to find the power turned off. The tech Tommy that's  working on my car said I probably need to get legal advice since Steve took off with the money,  paperwork, credit card scanner etc. I call Citi bank to cancel  my card since he has all my card info. Disputed the charges since he took the funds.

Now comes Robert Ferguson. Manager? Owner? Who knows?? Said my car would be ready next day. Next day my frind stops by to check on my car. Not ready. It will be ready tomorrow.

we are now at Friday  December 5th. Robert said my car will be readyour Saturday morning. Saturday  morning cars not ready. Monday.

Now I'm  told I  have to pay 3000.00 cash to get my car back... test drove car. It's  worse then it was before they worked  on it. Citibank has told me under no circumstances  pay them cash.. I've  been there 3 times my car is totally messed up. I was there last night Dec. 12th with the sheriff's department.  They said this is a common  problem with Mr Transmission. Two officers came and a third pulled up saying he had already  been there earlier that day.

I am totally outraged. I have a car that is not fixed. Can't get my car back without  paying again.. cash only.. I'm having  to file a lawsuit. Been without  my car for 20 days. These people are totally incompetent. Crooks, dishonest. There really needs to be a class action law suit against this entire franchise. Look at the reviews..
