This customers job was completed and returned to him as agreed,  this was a custom lightly distressed complete rifle,  it had an optic Scope and this caused a delay due to the sensitive masking required to cerakote it.  The customer recieved his items and must have liked it as he returned to have another Scope and a 60 round drum magazine done.  We always attempt to meet all estimated timeframes. However we will not rush a job just to meet the estimated ship date,  we pride ourselves on great workmanship, and if it takes longer to achcieve then it does,  we do not guarantee turn times and disclose this in all sales.  we do meet timeframes the majority of time.  We do hundreds of items a week with out issue.  We appreciate our customers and do really try and meet their expectations.  

This customers items were completed and shipped,  as do all customers items do!  He was totally happy with the product and we actually have another project we are completing now for them.  The customer replied about and wanted to remove this - however that is not possible.   We do thousand of jobs a year and while very few are ever delayed -it happenes.  We disclose in all sales, that this can occur.  We never want to fail to meet a customer's expectations.  The best thing is when a customer such as this one, gets their stuff and send more....
