msg limited mark schutte ffl holder will not return my property springfiel ohio

I purchased a cerakote service for my firearm from msg limited owned my mark schutte on his ebay account under the username "sporse". the service was puchased back in april 26, 2016. items were received at msg limted on may 2, 2016. according to the listing for the service i purchased a custom kryptek pattern cerakote for my firearm and it stated that it would be a 7-15 day turnaround from the time they receive it. well guess what its now one year since they received my stuff and i still dont have my items returned. from the get go its been endless amounts of excuses after excuses and promise after promise. along with so called health issues. this guy just wont ship me back my property. eveytime he promises me it will ship tomorrow or monday i dont end up hearing from him for a week or two. then when i finally do hear from him he gives me some lame excuse then gives me another promise even with a guarantee and i have yet to see any of his promises come through.

this guy should have his ffl revoked due to having poor business standards. i dont even know how he even obtained an ffl in the first place when all he is is a d**n liar. how can someone who owns a business especially one who deals with firerms get away with all this bull****.

i want my property back finished or not. one year is way too d**n long and i did not agree for him to keep my stuff that long. 7-15 day turnaround is what i agreed too not a whole god d**n year and counting!!
