Purchased a cerakote service on June 4, 2017. Lead times were quoted at 7-15 business days so I figured a month is realistic. We are closing in on 5 months and no update and no communication for more than a month after responding to me saying that item would be shipped multiple times. I just want communication, even if I have to wait.

I have called the number on their facebook page and it is all automated and no one ever picks up or returns calls. They do not return ebay mesages or emails and will not defend themselves on the BBB. This is my last hope and I would love to have some communication from MSG Limited. Their website also myseriously does not work any more...

This is fraud. Period.
