Let me tell you my complete experience with this MUST university. I believe this review will clear up everything. I will share all the events with you. One event happened a few days ago since they are still in touch. So this is like a latest report of whats happening with these guys.
I live in the UAE. I joined this university on January 2013. I was looking for an online university to get an MBA. I made a mistake of joining just because i was desperate to get a degree and i did get one but one that has no value.
First of all, the slogan of this university should get your attention. It says "worlds largest university", sounds total rubbish, its like claiming you are god. Anyways, it starts of with me getting in touch with an online representative who showed me all sorts of newspaper clippings and pictures of exhibitions they hosted etc. just to prove that they are recognized and something big.
All total bullsh*t, they dont have any sort of recognition. They are out there to steal your money as much as they can.
Next the guy tells me about the fees, he says that the fees is actually USD 15000, but since i am one of the few lucky ones to register with them, i am eligible for a presidential scholarship. I asked him "whats a presidential scholarship", he said "its 85% discount in tution fees and the other expenses such as registration charges etc all will be waived".
My mouth hung open, i told him "how am i eligible for this much of discount, you havent even seen my bachelors transcripts". He says "thats not necessary my friend, you have registered just in time because the university is offering this discount to only a few students for a limited period." And like a fool i registered.
The two common words they use to talk to you are 'dear' and 'my friend'.
I had paid by my credit card so they had all my details. After this 85% discount i paid USD 2250 and no other charges. After everything was complete i asked him "do i have to pay for any other expenses". He said "no there is nothing more to pay". "All you had to do is complete the course and rest all would be taken care of. All the attestation and other formalities of the degree etc. will be done and sent to you."
I began the course, and in about 2 months time they call me up and ask me how is the course going on and all that. And then they offer me a seat for the PhD program. I laughed at the guy and told him "i still have to complete my masters". He says "not to worry the UAE ministry has approved and recommended your name for the PhD program".
Then quickly he goes on to the fees. I argued saying that "have you lost your mind". Then he picks up a rude tone saying whether i was interested or not. I said "i dont want to register" and hung up.
I understood that minute that i was part of a scam. I knew there was no use now, i wouldnt get any refunds.
I just completed the course in six months. And in June 2013 i got a call from a guy who congratulated me. Then he says that since my course is over my degree needs to get attested and i had to pay for it. I was shocked.
I told him that i was told no more payments are needed from my side. But then he didnt listen, he said he was from the attestation department and went on pressurizing me. Also he pins it back on me saying that i didnt pay attention about this attestation fees at the time of registration.
When i argued with him, he used a very rough speaking tone with me and told me that i had to pay in any case and i had to pay it right at that moment. That got me even more nervous and angry. I told that i would pay after a week since i didnt have enough funds at that moment.
Then he threatens me by saying that my degree will not get attested and if i pay later and he would just send it to me like that even without the university seal. My anger was going out of control but i had to be patient since he was saying stuff like this.
I had to make calls here and there to transfer funds from another account and somehow made the payment that day. All this happened when i was out that evening with my family over the weekend to have a good time but this piece of s**t named 'James Bentley' ruined my evening.
I received my degree after a week but when i saw the attestation, it was attested from australia. I was stunned yet again. These guys claimed right from the beginning that they are an american institution, so how come an australian attestation. At that point it was absolutely clear that this was all a scam and i got cheated with a degree of no value.
And now just a few days back (ie 3 months after getting the attested degree) on Sept 15 2013, i got a call from yet another son of a b***h called Alex Miller. Now this guy had a total new story.
He said "the educational ministry in UAE wants all online degree holders to get registered as regular students". I thought to myself this is the biggest bullshit ever. He continued saying "should i register your degree sir". I said "ok go ahead with it, why do you have to ask".
Then he comes to the actual point saying that i had to pay for it. Again a shocker, it was all about money. I made it very clear that i aint paying a single penny. I argued saying that the university has to bear these types of costs. He says its not must universitys' fault, its the UAE ministry requirement.
I told this guy that why should the student pay for it, its the universitys' problem. Again that threatening tone comes up. He says "sir if you dont register your degree will have no value, it will only be a piece of paper". I told this a*****e "then why are you advertising yourself as a recognised institution." He didnt answer that question.
As usual arguments went on, this time for about 40 minutes. At the end he asked me one last time whether i was interested to register the degree or not. I said i already have the degree with me which is of no use anyways so it doesnt matter and i dont care, do whatever you want and i hung up.
Now lastly my personal opinion. So now its absolutely clear that they are not legitimate. But let me tell you another thing.
I am 100% sure these guys aint even american. These guys are all pakistanis. Yes you heard me, this institution is run by fraud pakistanis claiming to be american.
I have been in UAE and other GCC countries for a long time now and i am very familiar with the fake american accent used by pakistanis.
I just hate pakistanis, i despise them. As such their country is a shelter provider to the worlds best terrorists and now this university scam. If i ever find these fellows who displayed themselves as James Bentley, Alex Miller and the online representative Jack Collins, i will rip their heads off.
These arent even the real names by the way as you may have already guessed by now. Everyone be careful before registering with any online institution. Check thoroughly before you register. Good Luck.

Let me share my complete experience about this so called 'MUST university'. I believe this review will clear up everything for you. All events are true, there is no exaggeration of any kind.
I live in the UAE and was looking for an online university to get an MBA. I found them on google and made one of the biggest mistakes of my life by joining this institution just because i was desperate to get a degree.
First of all, the slogan of this university should get your attention. It says "worlds largest university", sounds total rubbish, its like claiming you are the best. Anyways, it starts of with me getting in touch with an online representative who gave me an introduction of the university and showed me all sorts of newspaper clippings and pictures of exhibitions they hosted etc. just to prove that they are recognized and something big.
Next the guy tells me about the fees, he said that the fees is actually USD 15000, but since i am one of the few lucky ones to register with them, i am eligible for a 'presidential scholarship'. I asked him "whats a presidential scholarship", he said "its 85% discount in tution fees and the other expenses such as registration charges etc all will be waived".
My mouth hung open, i told him "how am i eligible for so much of discount, you havent even seen my bachelors transcripts". He said "thats not necessary my friend, you have registered just in time because the university is offering this discount to only a few students for a limited period." And like a fool i believed him and registered.
The two common words they use to talk to you are 'my dear' and 'my friend'.
I had paid by my credit card. After this 85% discount i paid USD 2250 and no other charges. After the payment was complete i asked him "do i have to pay for anything else". He said "No there is nothing more to pay. "All you have to do is complete the course and rest all would be taken care for you. All the attestation and other formalities of the degree etc. will be done and sent to you."
I began the course, and after 2 months i got a call from one of their representatives. He asked me how is the course going on and all that. And then he offered me a seat for the PhD program. I laughed at the guy and told him "i still have to complete my masters". He says "do not worry the UAE ministry has approved and recommended your name for the PhD program even if your masters is not completed".
Then quickly he moves on to explain me about the fees for the PhD program. I interrupted him and argued saying that "Have you lost your mind, i aint paying for anything, first explain me how am i be eligible for the PhD program". Then he picks up a rude tone saying whether i was interested or not. I said "i dont want to register" and hung up.
I understood that minute itself that i was part of a scam. Now there was nothing i could do. I couldnt fight and ask for a refund because i wouldnt get any. It was too late. Only thing left was to just complete the course.
The course was completed in six months. And in June 2013 i got a call from a guy who congratulated me on completing the masters. Then he said "Since your course is over, your degree needs to get attested and you have to pay for it". I was shocked.
I told him that "i was told at the time of registration no further payments were needed from my side". But then he didnt listen, he said "we are from the 'attestation department' and you have to pay us". Also he pinned it back on me saying that i might not have paid attention at the time of registration about the attestation fees.
When i argued with him, he used a very rough speaking tone with me and told me that i had to pay in any case and i had to pay USD 2300 for the attestation right at that moment. That got me even more nervous. I told him that i wouldnt be able to pay immediately and would require atleast a few days since i didnt have enough funds at that moment in my account. I explained him that it was an evening in the UAE and all the banks were closed at that time.
Then he threatens me by saying that my degree will not get attested if i pay later and that he would just send it to me like that even without the university seal. My anger was going out of control but i had to be patient since he was saying stuff like this. Due to this pressure i had to use another credit card of mine which had enough funds to complete this payment.
I was reluctant to use my second credit card since online transactions are not safe. But i had to, to complete this payment. After the payment was complete he said that i would receive the attested degree after two months.
All this happened when i was out that evening with my family over the weekend to have a good time but this piece of s**t named 'James Bentley' from the attestation department ruined my evening.
I hope that you have noticed so far i had used two credit cards to make payments with this Must university. One for tution fees and the other for the attestation.
I received my degree after 20 days, (i was told two months), which got me a bit surprised. Anyways i opened the envelope to have a look at the degree. I couldnt believe my eyes, the attestation was done from australia.
I thought to myself this is the biggest bullshit ever heard. He continued saying "should i register your degree sir". I said "go ahead with it, why do you have to ask".
Then he comes to the actual fact saying that i had to 'pay for it'. Again a shocker, it was all about money. I made it very clear that i aint paying a single penny. I argued saying that "the university has to bear these types of costs". He says "its not Must universitys' fault, its the UAE ministry requirement".
I told this guy "why should the student pay for it, its the universitys' problem. The university should get the student registered at their cost". Again that threatening tone comes up. He says "sir if you dont register, your degree will have no value, it will only be a piece of paper". I told this a*****e "then why are you advertising yourself as a recognised institution." He didnt answer that question.
As usual arguments went on, this time for about 40 minutes. At the end he asked me one last time whether i was interested to register the degree or not. I said "i already have the degree with me which is of no use anyways so it doesnt matter and i dont care" after that i hung up. No more calls after that day.
Now lastly my personal opinion. So now its absolutely clear that they are not legitimate. For your information i even got both my credit cards cancelled just to be safe because i dont trust these bastards.
Let me tell you another interesting fact. I am 100% sure these guys aint even american. These guys are all 'pakistanis'. Yes you heard me, this institution is run by fraud pakistanis claiming to be american. I figured that out from the fake american accent they used.
Also while speaking with the online representative, i overheard him speaking to his partner in their native language, thats how i know for sure. Moreover, i have been in the UAE and other GCC countries for about 30 years now and i am very familiar with that fake american accent used by pakistanis.
I personally hate pakistanis, i despise them. As such their country is a shelter provider to the worlds best terrorists and now this university scam. If i ever find these guys who displayed themselves as James Bentley, Alex Miller and the online representative Jack Collins, i will rip their heads off. Especially this a*****e James Bentley who threatened me by saying my degree would not get attested if i delayed the payment of my attestation fees just by two days.
These arent even their real names by the way as you may have already guessed by now. Everyone be careful out there before registering with any online institution. Check thoroughly before you register. Good Luck.
