Back in November 2011, I was searching for Universities which offer online courses and accredited degrees.
I got several calls and emails from Must University but I didn't want to get enrolled at such time because I had others issues to take care of.
On April 24, 2012, I got an email from Must University stating that the registration fees had been decreased from $499 to $199 and that financial aid was available which may decrease the tuition from $12000 to $7500.
I got hot to the idea and, right away, I responded to that email stating that I would contact them during daytime of 04/25/2012 (at the time I sent the email, it was 3:18am EST on 04/25/2012 and I was working a night shift).
Fist thing that I was reported when I reached home was that someone had been calling at home several times at 4:00am and the following hour: this had led everybody in the house to be awake all the last part of the night.
On the same day, 04/25/2012 at 10:00am, I got a call from Must University whick awakened me from my sleep (as I had worked a night shift), I told the person who was on the phone that I am awakened and that it is had been the case during the night, I told him that I will initiate the call myself later in the afternoon. The person apologized ... but I got his call after 2 hours.
This time, I took the call. The person on the line, David Boyle who claimed to be the student counselor, explained ONLY that I had to take advantage of that offer to pay the registration fee ($199) in order to have my profile activated and be able to start my application.
After a long hesitation, I gave my credit card details to charge $199.00
From that time, I was passed to others people who activated my profile, provided the student # and password, guided me in how to take course and do my exam, ... the orientation process.
Later I was transferred to the senior adviser: this one gave me 3 options to pay my studies and each single one was intending to get extra payment from me right away.
At this point, I realized that -probably- I had embarked in an internet scam !!! I argued with the person on the phone that I was not willing to take the class before Fall 2012 or Winter 2013 and that I had paid only for the registration fee.
He started to put extra pressure over me in order to accept his options to pay and I REFUSED. I requested to get my registration put on HOLD till when I will be ready to start on my own pace.
That man got angry (I could feel it in his voice ...) and I finally told him that, for instance, we had 2 options:
a) They accept to put my starting of class on HOLD till when I decide to start, OR
b) They cancel the registration.
He refused the first option and we agreed for the second. I requested to be refund back, he hesitated a little bit and said, finally, that I will be fully refunded and he hang up on me.
The chat session on which I was got terminated.
I called my credit card company to report the incident and the filed a report. They advised me to wait till the end of the week and that I had to call them back.
I report this to request that you investigate that "so-called" Must University. From the research that I did since the incident occurred, I have found the following troubling facts:
a) They don't have any known address in US or Canada,
b) When you click "contact us" link on their website, you find Skype Call, Chat, E-mail only ... no physical address for their HQ (if they have any),
c) The accreditation they state they have is NONEXISTENT (according to the research I have made),
d) The degrees they provide is IRRELEVANT and NOT RECOGNIZED (from what I learned from another person who filled a complaint),
e) They are wasting time and money from honest people.
PLEASE, PLEASE, STOP the Crookes !!!
Regards.

Wow ! A person can obtain a Bachelor's Degree in Clinical Psychology entirely online in less than a year with this "Kollege". I wish I had known of this 40 years ago when I began my post-secondary education. Just think of the years I wasted sitting in classrooms and labs. The hours of internship, and the licensing exams I could have avoided, just by paying my money to these "Edumacators" instead of Duke University. What a fool I have been......... ROFLMAO !!!!!!
