I finished my Masters Degree with MUST University in a very short period of time, I did get my student card and everything did run smoothly until I started to feel that they started to suck money in a very tricky way.  I was told that my course total fees with a discount was USD$4.500 and I did end up paying the double.  There were times that they did block my student entrance to the study rooms with study materials and suddenly the person that enrolled me was out of sight.  I sent him many e-mails and he never replied, on the chat I was informed that he was suspended.  Someone told me that he was suspended because he was telling the wrong information to the students, one example is that he was giving a very low study fees to the students and that all must pay up now to the price published in their site.  I did pay in order to continue the access to my study room.  Later on they charged me more money because I was mostly obliged to buy the graduation gown and I did also pay for the Apostille and Embassy Legalization.  I never got my graduation gown and the documents with the formalities I asked for.  Excuse: You were absent on the date of delivery of the documents, the courier was not able to deliver it, they were not able to contact with you, the documents were destroyed because they contain the US Department of State instructions to be destroyed, once undeliverabale.  Well, I'm still arguing with them and they want me to pay now USD1.000 to restart the process.  Still I did not get my graduation gown.  I was informed then it was necesary to obtain the Undergraduate Course in English, as I was a foreign student.  I did take it, I did pay extra for that or they will not be able to process the Apostille.  I have done everything they told me, because I trusted them so much.  They sounded strict, at least, but I still did not get my graduation gown and my documents duly attested.  I am waiting for the next step.  Since I started to doubt about their rightneousness I went searching for more information regarding this institution and I am looking for an agency in order to help me to legalise my documents, if they are valid.  If you are a student of MUST University, please give me more information regarding the experience you did have with this institution and if they have a licence to operate.  I did place all my one year earnings on these studies.

There are only 2 ways

There are only 2 ways.  If they have everything perfect why do business like this?  Everything seems perfect what is the difference of being legitimate or not?

It's a scam

AUTHOR: Josh - (U.S.A.)

You are probably not going to get any documents out of them.  Even if you do, they will be completely 100% bogus, and will be good for absolutely nothing.  The place is an extremely well-executed scam.  Note the complete absence of physical contact information on the two websites (the "university" and the fake "accreditation agency" sites).  There is no sort of mailing address anywhere on either website.  The domain names are registered through GoDaddy's DomainsByProxy private listing service.  The phone numbers probably go to some sort of voice over IP service.  No legitimate institution would be set up this way.

If you paid with a credit card, see if you can dispute any recent transactions.  If you can't, you are basically totally screwed.

I agree they did take your money without offering advice about basic writing skills like syntax, sentence structure, word choice, and how to write using critical thinking. Everyone must accept heavy tuition loans that go to graduate school. On the web you can find sites that maintain MUST University is fighting against educational fraud? With this self generated publicity there is a chance for legal action if they are indeed not providing appropriate service to the community.

Not accredited

AUTHOR: Josh - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, November 16, 2010

The place is a for-profit degree mill, and you got ripped off.  Actual colleges and universities in the USA should be accredited by a REGIONAL accreditation agency for the geographic region they are located in.  Anything else ("national" or "international" accreditation) is generally a ripoff.  The specific site you linked to is most definitely a ripoff.  Their accrediting agency is fake (although they certainly have a very professional-looking website).  Note the complete absence of any physical contact information, or a list of member institutions.  The only contact information they have is a phone number that goes nowhere, and a bunch of email addresses.  The university appears to be a scam that is run by the same people.
