I had been with this company for a few months, when I noticed I was being charged for faxes every month. They tell you that they don't "Sell" your number, but my fax number was unpublished, and only one other person had it. I had only sent and received 1 actual fax since I've been with the company, but I still received numerous junk faxes from promotional advertisements from companies that are out of state. Most of them were for washer and dryer rentals and other bogus items. This ran my bill up tremendously every month, and there is really no way to control it.

This company is definitely a ripoff. I have paid to receive advertisements from their companies. Here is the last transcript I had with the customer service, they didn't deny that they were responsible for the junk faxes.
