Myfax.com My Fax Useless Internet

I use Myfax.com and have had many problems of not recieving faxes sent to me, and I am always told that the service is work properly, even though numerous different people have had problems sending faxes to the myfax number.



Well, the last two days they have been totally shut down, cant recieve faxes or send them out and I have no way of forwarding the number so my business is suffering badly.  They disconnected thier phone yesterday where you recieved a busy signal no matter how many times you called.



Today the service is still out so i contacted them to revieve a refund to purchase another fax service. I was told, no refunds, no adjustments, No nothing - we all just have to eat the loses and pay for a service that does not work.
