Name-brand-jeans Levis for Less Seemed like a bait and switch operation. Well designed web site but fraudulant in that what you see is not what you get. Charlestown Indiana

I stumbled upon name-brand-jeans.com and was intrigued by it's promise of name brand jeans (namely Levis) for less. There is nothing on the site (unless I did not see it after numerous examinations), that indicates that the jeans sold by this company are anything but new. If I had wanted to buy used levis I would have gone to ebay and did a search for used and paid less than what name-brand-jeans.com is selling their inferior quality used pants for. At any rate I took a chance, and ordered a pair of 550's. I was impressed with the quick shipping time and notice upon opening the package that there was a unpleasant smell to the fabric in the jeans. I also thought it was odd that there were no tags of any kind or things that would typically be a part of a new pair of Levis jeans. I was 80 percent sure I'd been sold a pair of used jeans, but still I was moderately happy because they did fit well and I figured I would be able to wash the bad aroma out of them. But then I made my first major mistake. I thought I'd get another pair. So I ordered the exact same color and style. When these jeans got to my house I immediately suspected they were counterfit Levis. There are stitching anomalies you can see in counterfit Levis that give it away that you are not dealing with a geniune garment. I also notice the same unpleasnt aroma, and these pants did not fit properly. Another odd factor about this second pair of jeans was that inside the pants there were cleaning tags that were in Chinese or Japanses language. I defintely know these are used. I feel that if this company wants to sell used pants they should be responsible and say these are used garments and I also feel that they should indicate that these garments have probably been previously worn and will not fit properly in many cases because I believe they have been washed or shrunk. To make matters worse I went to ripoffreport.com after my bad experience and saw this company had many reports on it. I should have gone here first because you guys would have given me warning. My attempts to correspond with the company and get my money back have thus far been unsuccessful as they will not respond to me. I am considering contacting paypal the merchange I paid for these pants with and reporting this as fraud and seeing if they will or can cancel the second pair of jeans that are clearly not what I was intending to buy. Please adivise me of any other options I have I am definitely wanting to do something regarding this. But ultimately I realize I will probably have to chalk it up to experience and be out 25 bucks.
