National Home Protection Warranty rude fraud bait and switch New York New York

i spoke with hector over the phone to see what would be covered on the warranty.he said they would cover my polbutylene pipeing,so i paid for the warranty over the phone at that time.i had a problem with the pipes a month later.the plummer came out and charged me a service fee of 45.00,he did nothing.the warranty did not cover it.i was ok with that even though i was lied to.

i called to get my money back and i was told no refunds.i aked to speek to a superviser and they didnt have any.after several calls later and several mess. for sam and mike more still nothing.no refund for the warranty,the service call or the free homedepot gift card.last but not lease the customer service was rude and the hold time was insane
