NCSOFT bans legite players for really no apparent reason Internet

I have been a customer of the company NCSOFT which is a company which runs a video game called Lineage 2 a MMORPG(massive multiplayer online role playing game). i have been playing this game now for about 2 and a half years and went to go log in my account and i was unable to log on, i was then told when i contacted support that i was banned for advertising a 3rd party program(a program that can be used against the rules of NCSOFT).

i told them repetedly that i did no such thing and that i was telling someone NOT TO USE IT. i have been a legit player and did nothing to violate there rules or regulations set forth to keep the game fair and even trying to keep others from using illegal programs got me banned by there support staff.

i asked repeatedly for proff of what i did wrong or a phone number to a supervisor that i could talk to, both of which the company refuses to turn over to me, i can see maybe the evidence but not even a phone number to contact. they say that there is no reason to give me a phone number.

there are blatent user's of 3rd party programs in the lineage 2 world everyday, some do it so balegerantly that they even say in the gaming chat how they sell the games in game money on ebay for a personal profit, to farm(continuesly gaining items in a particular area) with there bots(programs that play the game for you) and even use it to unfairly level there fellow clan members. ive seen bots that have been in the same spot every day 24 hours a day for 2 years and are untouched by lineage 2 support.

i just find this unfair that the legit players who tell people to NOT abuse the rules are punished where blatent abusers of policy can be left untouched and unpunished. also there are websites such as d2pair.com and others claim to get there adena(lineage 2 currency) they sell to players directly from ncsoft themselves, which violates NCSOFTS on terms of service.

all and all NCSOFT is a terrible company, they dont monitor there servers, or care about life long paying customers, they refuse to help you, talk to you, or even so much as give you any options to go for. Do not support ncsoft in any way shape of form, they will just rip you off in the end.
