Purchase iRolaDX752 in mid-November for Christmas gift.  Received in a timely manner and we made sure it was functioning, then wrapped it for the big day.  My grand daughter opened it on the 24th, played with it for a few minutes, then had to go back to her mother's home.  We kept the tablet at our house and she returned on January 17th.  At that time the tablet had no charge and would not recognize the charger being plugged in.  It seemed to function properly but now has no battery charge at all.

No More Rack has a 7 day return policy and that time was used up with the item in wrapping paper.  They provided a manufacturer's phone number, but that puts you on hold for 30 minutes, then disconnects.  I have had no response from them via email and am waiting for a call back on the voice mail option.  I would like a new unit or a refund of the purchase price.  In the meantime, all out there be very leary of the tablet company and avoid No More Rack.  We have been ripped off.

The odds are good that your charger is bad. The only way it would no longer charge is if you left it plugged in. You may have used the wrong type of charger in the first place. You purchased a "low quality" tablet as it is. That there are issues with it is not surprising as EVERYONE is trying to put out their own particular brand of tablet. In the electronics world you get what you pay for. If you went cheap, you get cheap. A "good" tablet runs $150+ and thats a Kindle Fire. I would suggest to you that you take this tablet down to your local RadioShack and see if they can help you. Whenever I have a tech problem my local RS is always helpful. A few times they havent been able to assist me but thats because the problem was beyond their skills. I cant expect them to open my electronics and fiddle with the internals. They MAY be able to troubleshoot your problem. Or atleast verify the problem and point you in the right direction.

As for a refund or exchange, I dont see it happening. If you are beyond the return window then they are going to do NOTHING for you. WHY?? You might ask. Because, youre ONLY one person. Its not like you can picket them at a store. They have the ENTIRE web going public as a customer base and thats billions of people. In the future stay away from online shopping. The prices look good but there is very little support. Atleast when you shop at a brick and mortar store you get LIVE PEOPLE to deal with.
